I am a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner who earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
My background as a medical social worker shaped my passion for supporting individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds as they navigate complex life challenges. I strive to create therapy sessions that feel engaging and collaborative. With youth, I incorporate interactive and developmentally appropriate activities; with adults, I facilitate reflective and insight-oriented conversations — all with the intention of encouraging authentic self-expression and emotional growth.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to help clients address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, social skill development, and self-esteem, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs and preferences.
I am committed to staying current with emerging treatment modalities to best serve my clients. Some of the approaches I most enjoy utilizing include creative interventions such as art and play-based techniques with youth, as well as innovative trauma and mood disorder treatments with adults. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I am also a Brainspotting Therapist.
I bring enthusiasm, knowledge, and compassion into my work with adolescents and adults. When working with me, you can expect a supportive and steady presence as you move toward healing and personal growth.
I offer both in-office and telehealth sessions as needed. I primarily work with female clients ages 13 and older, with a focus on grief and loss, behavioral or self-worth concerns, and mood disorders including anxiety and depression
