I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, and I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of South Dakota in 2024. My background in social work has included experience in a wide array of community systems, and this has allowed me to develop a trauma informed and empathetic approach to the unique needs of each individual.
I am a compassionate, person-centered therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life challenges and strengthen meaningful connections. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe relationships, authentic understanding, and community support. I am passionate about creating a welcoming space where children feel seen, caregivers feel supported, and families can grow together.
I utilize a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens. I collaborate with clients to honor their personal stories, address barriers, and empower lasting change. I am experienced in providing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Child Centered Play Therapy interventions (CCPT).
