It takes insight and courage to seek support, and I’m glad you’re here. I approach therapy as a collaborative process in which your lived experience guides our work, while we focus on insight development, goal setting, and skill-building to support sustainable change. Whether you are facing difficulties or changes in your life, I use an integrative and evidence-based approach to support your growth and overall well-being.
I have a strong passion for working with individuals across the lifespan, including early childhood, adolescents, and adults. My background as a school psychologist allows me to bring a unique perspective to concerns related to emotional regulation, behavior, social skills, and school or work-related challenges. I also have experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD, and I value a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach. Together, we can explore patterns that may be contributing to feeling “stuck” and develop strategies to foster resilience, improve relationships, and build a stronger sense of self. I am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a behavioral, skill-based framework. I work collaboratively with individuals and families to build practical strategies that can be used in everyday life, while also supporting growth in self-awareness and emotional regulation. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on creating meaningful and lasting change.
I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across school and clinical settings, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, self-esteem, life transitions, and social, behavioral, and executive functioning skills, and school or work-related stressors. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insight needed to feel more confident, capable, and in control of your life.
