Reaching out for help is the first step toward feeling better. It can feel overwhelming—especially with depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts—but taking that step shows real strength. I’ll walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, process what’s heavy, and build a life that feels hopeful and true to who you are. Resilience isn’t pretending things don’t hurt; it’s learning to move through pain without losing yourself. You have the power to heal from the past and feel grounded in the present.
I work with people facing depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts, with over 4 years supporting clients in crisis. Crises often build over time, not from one event. When you’re overwhelmed, even small stressors can feel unmanageable. My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and able to move forward.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered, while being grounded in evidence-based practices. We’ll explore your story, build practical coping tools, and reconnect you with your resilience—working at a pace that feels safe while strengthening your ability to manage emotions and create meaningful change.
