Allowing yourself to be open to participating in therapy can be a scary step. I hope to ease some of those fears by creating a supportive environment that provides space for you to work on your goals, at your pace. My goal in providing therapy services is to provide folks with concrete skills to use in their everyday life to achieve their goals, help with symptom relief, and improve quality of life.
have been a therapist for 12+ years working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I have training in evidenced based interventions including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing.
Additionally, if you are a part of a couple who desires to work on maintenance of a relationship, reigniting the spark, recovering from an affair, couples in recovery, improvement in communication and conflict management, I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2, in addition to training in Gottman’s Treating Affairs and Trauma, and Couples and Addiction Recovery.
